Cancellation Policy

SCHEDULING
-Please select all services needed when booking.
-For the comfort and safety of everyone, our suite salon ONLY accommodates up to five people at a time, including us two. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a relaxing and intimate experience!
-Failure to plan accordingly will not provide adequate timing for your services. .
-If you desire any designs please select the according service under the tab "ADD ONS”
-If you are wanting a new set please select "SOAK OFF" along with your desired service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-Things happen and you may need to cancel. HerNails has a 50% charge cancellation policy for any no call no shows. If you do need to cancel please contact Faith or Lala at your earliest convenience, but the 50% charge will still be applied.
LATE POLICY
-If you are 10 minutes late after your appointment time with no prior notice, your appointment will be canceled and counted as a no call no show and your card will be charged 50% of service booked.
FIXES
-All nail sets are guaranteed to be fixed for up to 7 days. Any breaks or repairs past the 7th day will be charged.
ADDITIONAL RULES FOR OUR NEW CLIENTS
Please come join us with bare nails (for a quality result, we do not fill over anyone else’s work)
You have the right to reschedule/cancel your appointment (only one time) before 24 hours.
You will receive a personal text message from us to confirm your appointment.
We put a lot of time and effort into each client's nails. We will ask you during the service if you like them or not and what you would like us to fix. Please let us know ahead of time, everything will be finalized after your services are complete and paid for.
No refunds will be given.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
